We will start the process of your new construction by doing an onsite rough estimate and going over your plans. Before we can finalize plans, you will need to contact your bank to see if you prequalify for a loan around the amount that you were given during the rough estimate.
If you prequalify, our company then fine tunes the plans before giving you a more accurate cost of your build. To determine cost, we study the plans to make sure that your layout and items are designed to be user friendly. This process takes anywhere from seven to ten hours. We then provide the client with a check list to determine the material that will be used as well as colors and sizes. Our verbal estimate is typically within 10% off from the rough estimate, while our written estimate is usually on point.
A new construction build usually takes us three months to complete on an average house.
